Cancellation, Late Arrival & Missed Appointments Policy

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations require 12-hour notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another pet in need of care.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a $20 late appointment fee may apply for habitual tardiness.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and need to cancel the same day, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another pet in need of care.

After two documented missed appointments or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, a reservation fee will be required for future appointments. This fee helps us remain fair to both our clients and our veterinary team while continuing to provide care.

Surgical & Dental Procedures

A $200 reservation fee will be required after the first missed or late-canceled appointment.
